If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



  1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. You must send us an e-mail to  info@bumperscomfort.com 



  1. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color – please add a note saying you would like to exchange size/color and the requested item.
  2. Once we will receive the returned item we will send you the items you requested, based on its availability.



  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  3. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



  1. Prices are including shipping.
  2. Items are shipped within five business days, please allow about a week for arrival.  
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
