Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Israel with Israel Post tracked mail. Tracking numbers look like LX…IL. Checkout lists the countries we ship to.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is not included in the product price. A flat $9.90 USD per order is added at checkout.

How long will my order take?

After dispatch, allow 5–10 days for delivery. We email the LX…IL tracking number when the parcel is posted.

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Yes if your country charges them. We ship DAP. Customs, import VAT/GST, and similar duties are paid by the customer. That is separate from the $9.90 checkout shipping.

How do I return or exchange a pair?

Email bumperscomfort@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item. The pair must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Send it to Remez 6, Yehud, Israel. You pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee. The original $9.90 checkout shipping is not refunded. For an exchange, name the size or color you want; you also pay outbound shipping of the replacement ($9.90). We send the new pair after we receive the return, if it is in stock.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships; we will refund you in full, including the $9.90 shipping charge. After the order has shipped, you cannot cancel in transit — you may return the unused item within 30 days of receiving it, under the return rules (you pay return shipping; the original $9.90 is not refunded).

How do I choose a size?

Use the size chart: https://bumperscomfort.com/pages/sizing-chart. Men (Bumpers): EU 41-42 to 47-48. Women (Bumpers slim): EU 35-36 to 41-42. Kids: EU 23-24 to 33-34 (back strap on 23–30 only). Massage slippers: EU 35-36 to 47-48. Insoles: 35-40, 40-44, 44-48.

What are Bumpers made of?

All Bumpers products: EVA and natural rubber. Insoles are made in Sri Lanka. Orders ship from our Israeli warehouse.

Do you have a shop or distributor in my country (including South Africa)?

We do not publish a store list. There is no distributor in South Africa. For wholesale, email bumperscomfort@gmail.com. Our terms allow us to refuse dealer-style checkout orders.

The tracking says delivered but I do not have the parcel. What now?

Check neighbours and the delivery address, then email bumperscomfort@gmail.com with the order number and the LX…IL tracking number. We will look it up with you.

The massage bumps feel strong. Is that a defect?

The Bumpers Effect page suggests wearing them 30–60 minutes a day for the first two days, then increasing; it says the pressure often eases in 2–4 days. That is comfort copy, not medical advice. A materials or workmanship defect for the original buyer may be exchanged within 3 months (Warranty page).
