Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Bumpers Comfort, we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to start a return.

To be eligible:

the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
the item must be in the original packaging
you must have the order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase

You pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee. The $9.90 USD checkout shipping charge is not refunded.

We do not offer self-serve returns in the customer account. Email us and we will handle the return with you.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, email bumperscomfort@gmail.com with your order number and the size or color you want. Include a note with the returned parcel.

You pay return shipping and the outbound shipping of the replacement ($9.90 USD per order, same as checkout, unless we tell you otherwise).

Once we receive the returned item, we send the requested item if that size and color is still available. If it is not available, we will contact you and, if you prefer, process a refund of the product price instead.

Refunds

When we receive your return, we inspect it and email you that it has arrived. We then email you the refund status.

If the return is approved, we refund the product price to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee. Checkout shipping ($9.90) and your return postage are not refunded. The date the credit appears depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

If we cancel an order before it ships (including if an item is out of stock and you decline an alternative), you receive a full refund of amounts you paid, including the $9.90 shipping charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships; we will refund you in full, including the $9.90 shipping charge. After the order has shipped, you cannot cancel in transit — you may return the unused item within 30 days of receiving it, under the return rules above (you pay return shipping; the original $9.90 checkout shipping is not refunded).

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email photos and your order number to bumperscomfort@gmail.com. A manufacturing defect reported by the original buyer within 3 months of purchase may be exchanged under the Warranty page (https://bumperscomfort.com/pages/warranty).
