Where we ship from

Bumpers Comfort ships worldwide from our warehouse in Israel, with Israel Post tracked mail. Tracking numbers look like LX…IL.

We ship to the countries offered at checkout.

How much shipping costs

Shipping is not included in the product price. Checkout adds a flat $9.90 USD per order, not per item.

We ship DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs, import VAT/GST, and other destination duties and taxes are paid by the customer. We do not prepay or reimburse those charges. They are separate from the $9.90 checkout shipping rate.

How long shipping takes

After we dispatch the parcel with Israel Post, allow 5–10 days for delivery. We email the LX…IL tracking number when the parcel is posted.

If a tracking scan shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, email bumperscomfort@gmail.com with the order number and tracking number.

Wrong address

If the address on the order is wrong, sending the parcel back to us and out again is at your cost.

Returns and exchanges

Returns, the return address (Remez 6, Yehud, Israel), who pays postage, and refunds of shipping are in the Refund policy.
